  • How do I order items from this website?
    You can order our merchandise through our products page with secured online PayPal payment.

  • Is PayPal the only way to order items? How secure is PayPal?
    We only accept online PayPal payment for security reasons (for both sides) and to process orders more quickly. PayPal is a reputable online financial service company that is the primary form of payment for large companies like Ebay. We use PayPal to ensure smooth, timely, and secure payment. This means we're protected, but so are you! We're consumers too so we understand the importance of shopping with security and a peace of mind.

  • How long does shipping usually take? How is my item shipped?
    Once your payment is received and processed, your order is usually shipped within 3-5 business days (if not sooner). To ensure quality and timely shipment, all items are shipped via USPS.

  • What happens if the item I bought is out-of-stock?
    While we try to keep large stock of all items, there are times where demand exceeds our supply. In the event your item is out-of-stock, you will be notified via e-mail with a timeline of when you should received your product as well as other solutions to met your demands. Restocking of items usually only takes about a week.

  • I'm concerned with quality, what kind of screen-printing techniques and garments do you use?
    Every item has a description of the weight, brand and quality of the garment used. We understand more than anyone that a quality product is what brings customers back and a reason to refer a friend. For this reason, we don't cut corners and instead always use quality factory screen-printing machines and heavy duty garments.

  • How do I go about requesting discounts on Bulk orders?

  • Does the item selection ever change? Do you ever take out or get any new items?
    We will always have the basic popular items but from time to time will add additional related products so make sure you check back and join our TheFaceBook Group for updates.

  • Do you do custom orders or offer screen-printing services?
    Yes! If you have special needs or like our design but want to customize it, please email us for details.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    Because our products are custom T-shirts, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges. In the event that you want to change the size of the shirt, you can mail it back to us where as long as it's unused and unwashed, we'll be glad to send you the new, correct size.

  • What kind of affiliations do you have to other groups/organizations or schools?
    None. We never claim or represent anyone but our own products and have no affiliation to any other groups, organizations, or schools. Our products are general apparel.

  • I see that "Don't Bruin Your Life" has a "TM" next to it, what does that mean?
    Don't Bruin Your Life is a officially trade marked product, slogan and design of the company. There is to be no unauthorized use of the name, logo, or related phrase without our written consent.

  • How do I summit my photo for the "Fan Photos" section.
    Email us your photo with a description of who's in it and what's going on at the event/location. Photos are usually uploaded within 5 business days.
